S25 Inline PCB AVI Visual Inspection Equipment
This is a high-precision AVI (Automated Visual Inspection) system designed specifically for PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). It is primarily utilized for the automated visual inspection of bare PCBs—examining the boards' surface appearance prior to the mounting of any components.
1. Inspection Objects:
- Bare PCBs (devoid of any components)
- Suitable for integration into PCB manufacturing processes

2. Inspection Method:
- Supports the importation of Gerber data
- Performs comparative analysis between the Gerber data and the actual physical PCB product

3. Inspection Scope (including, but not limited to):
- Surface scratches
- Silkscreen character verification (detection of missing, blurred, contaminated, or misaligned characters, etc.)
- Surface finish anomalies (e.g., oxidation, contamination, defective coatings, etc.)

4. Inspection Capabilities:
- Supports simultaneous inspection of both sides of the PCB
- Automatically renders inspection verdicts and generates comprehensive inspection reports

Additionally, an optional "AI Intelligent Filtering" module is available; this module utilizes artificial intelligence to filter out "false calls" (pseudo-defects) caused by surface process artifacts, such as texture interference. Official test data indicates that this feature achieves a false-call filtering rate exceeding 70%, thereby significantly reducing the workload required for operators to verify potential defects.

Automated Inline Operation: Supports automatic board loading/unloading as well as dual-track/dual-panel inspection. By integrating into the production line via a horizontal conveyor belt system, the equipment can automatically align and stagger boards, enabling fully automated, unattended production.

Offline Re-inspection and Repair (VRS): The equipment is equipped with a dedicated Verification and Repair Station (VRS). When a defect is detected, the system records its coordinates; operators can then use the re-inspection station to quickly verify the defect via high-definition imagery and perform repairs directly on the physical board, thereby minimizing production line downtime.
